USER AGREEMENT

Your use of Nazareth Extended Stay’s website (this “Site”) and physical property (“Property”) is governed by the following terms and conditions. Your use of this Site and/or Property constitutes an agreement between you and Nazareth Extended Stay LLC and its affiliates, subsidiaries and related companies (collectively, “Nazareth Extended Stay”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and your acceptance of our Policies.

Please review these terms and conditions before using this site or booking your stay. By accessing or using any part of the Site, its services, or content, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, or if you are under 18 or otherwise unable to enter into a legally binding agreement, please discontinue use of the Site.

Nazareth Extended Stay may, at any time, in its sole discretion, modify, add, or remove all or portions of these terms and conditions without notice and, unless otherwise indicated, such changes will be effective immediately.

CHECKING IN

Your reservation is guaranteed for arrival up to 6pm local hotel time on date of arrival. Please contact the Property should your travel plans require a check-in past 6pm local hotel time on the date of arrival.

CANCELLATIONS

Advance reservations are not cancellable except within 24 hours of the original booking. Cancelling your reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the date of arrival in your reservation, will forfeit the full amount (including tax) of your nonrefundable advance prepayment. If you a reservation after 6 pm local time on the arrival date in your reservation, or fail to check in on that date, the first night’s stay (at quoted rate plus tax) will be charged as a No Show Fee to the credit card holding the reservation. Reservations are based on availability.

FEES AND OTHER CHARGES

Rates may also include certain non-government fees, including, but not limited to, a State-Cost Recovery Fee and/or a State Tourism Fee Assessment. 

Additionally, during your stay you may engage in certain activities that are subject to the imposition of mandatory fees, including, but not limited to, late payment fees early check-in fees, and late check out fees where applicable.

GUEST POLICIES

Guest Safety:

Employees will not disclose guest information (room number, presence) to anyone other than law enforcement. 

Packages & Deliveries:

The Property is not responsible for packages or their contents. 

Housekeeping:

As an extended stay location, housekeeping services may vary depending on the length of stay (e.g., fresh towels and linens available at the front desk for shorter stays, housekeeping every two weeks for longer stays.)  It is assumed guests will bring their own toiletries.

Occupancy:

Nazareth Extended Stay is designed for Single Room Occupancy (SRO), meaning one occupant per room.  In special cases approved by management, two persons may occupy a room with one bed. Guests must be 21 years of age and older and must present photo identification upon check-in.

Pets:

Pets are not permitted at Nazareth Extended Stay

Smoking:

Nazareth Extended Stay is a no smoking facility. Cleaning charges will be automatically assessed for guests that smoke on premises.

USE OF THE WEB SITE

The Site is for your personal, noncommercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, artwork, text, video, audio, pictures, content, trademarks, and other intellectual property, or any products or services found on, or obtained from, this Site.

You agree that the Site is available only to individuals and entities that can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, the Site and the services offered by the Site are not available to minors. If you do not qualify, you may not use the Site. You warrant that you are eighteen (18) years of age or older to reserve a room on this Site.

You also agree that you are legally authorized to make the travel reservations and/or purchases for either yourself or for another person for whom you are authorized to act. You may only use this Site to make legitimate reservations or purchases and shall not use this Site for any other purposes, including without limitation, to make any speculative, false or fraudulent reservations, or any reservation in anticipation of demand.

NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE

As a condition of your use of this Site and Property, you warrant to Nazareth Extended Stay that you will not use this Site or Property for any purpose that is unlawful or otherwise prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices.

You also warrant that all information supplied by you is true and accurate. You understand that abuse of falsification may result in your being denied access to the Property.

Nazareth Extended Stay will not tolerate unlawful activity on premises.

Limitation of Liability

Nazareth Extended Stay is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages—including lost profits or data—arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Site, its services, or the Property. This includes any reliance on the site’s content, services, or materials. We are not obligated to update the site or its content at any time.

Disclaimers

You use this site at your own risk. All content, materials, and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

This site may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information (including hotel rates or availability.) Nazareth Extended Stay reserves the right to cancel reservations or correct errors—even after an order is submitted or confirmed. If your card is charged and the reservation is canceled, a refund will be issued.

We do not guarantee that the site or its services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or usefulness of the site or its linked content.

We may cancel or modify reservations if we suspect fraud, abuse, or mistakes.

Nazareth Extended Stay is not responsible for any damage to your computer or misuse of credit card information resulting from your use of this site.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nazareth Extended Stay and its affiliates, partners, and representatives from any claims, damages, or losses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the site or violation of these terms, or stay at the Property, including infringement of intellectual property rights or loss of personal property. If a claim is made against us, you may be required to take over the defense at your expense, with approved legal counsel. We may also choose to handle the defense ourselves at our own cost.
